Physical Fitness and proper Nutrition has not only kept my body physically strong, but mentally strong. I love sharing the fun in physical activity and the knowledge I have in nutrition to see my clients gain a happier, healthier life and achieve their goals!
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my fiance’, our 3 children, and my pups Lexie and Lola. I enjoy working out doing weight training, yoga, and many forms of cardio. I also enjoy traveling to new places to ski, white water raft, hike, trail run, paddle board and just take in the mountain air or a tropical place where I can hike to fun snorkeling adventures.
